Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Alexandra, mountain guide operating under the trade name "Au Fil des Cimes" (hereinafter "the Provider"), and any person making a booking (hereinafter "the Client").

Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 — Services offered

The Provider offers guided mountain outings: full-day or half-day hikes, sensory walks, family outings, sport hikes, and corporate team-building experiences. Details of services, prices and durations are available at au-fil-des-cimes.fr.

  • More than 15 days before: full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Between 15 and 7 days before: 50% of the amount will be retained.
  • Less than 7 days before: no refund, except in cases of force majeure (with supporting evidence).

All cancellations must be sent by email to contact@au-fil-des-cimes.fr.

Article 6 — Cancellation by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify an outing due to adverse weather conditions, natural hazards, insufficient participants, or any event compromising the group's safety. The Client will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Article 7 — Required fitness level

The Client agrees to choose a service suited to their physical condition and experience level. Difficulty levels are indicated for each package. The Provider may refuse participation if a Client's fitness or equipment is clearly inadequate.

The Client must bring appropriate equipment (hiking boots, suitable clothing, water, sun protection, etc.). A detailed list is sent by email after booking.

Article 11 — Minors

Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or have a signed parental authorisation.

Article 12 — Image rights

Photographs may be taken during outings for promotional purposes. Clients who do not wish to appear should inform the Provider before the outing.
